Description
High Payload AMR
L1000 is an autonomous mobile robot designed to improve material handling efficiency in manufacturing. Powered by a 48Ah battery, it lifts loads up to 1000kg with a rotary lifting module. L1000’s 8-hour run time and capability to handle heavy loads boost productivity and facilitate Industry 4.0.
Flexible Deployment for Quick Start-Up
A top-of-the-line robot, the L1000 features a highly integrated control system. It can achieve a high level of accuracy of ±10mm using only SLAM navigation and ±5mm when combining SLAM and QR navigation. With the intelligent control system, small derailments can also be corrected, while the BMS battery control system monitors the battery level in real-time and automatically charges it.
Compact but Powerful Rotating Lifting Module
The L1000 drive chassis remains the same size after the rotary lifting module is integrated. The integrated control system maintains carrier orientation and posture while enabling smooth turns and precise placement in tight spaces. The module also includes a simple and reliable pin design that ensures load stability and prevents falls, as well as a rubber pad on the upper layer that reduces vibration and minimizes material damage.
