The spectral output from an UV LED source is narrow or monochromatic when compared to broadband (mercury) source. Each of EIT 2.0 LLC’s L-Bands (L-365, L-385, L-395 and L-405) has an optic response and dynamic range optimized for LEDs. Online Monitoring allows users to continuously monitor and track a UV source. This is useful in applications where a radiometer will not fit, where high value and/or high production speeds are used and when it is not practical or easy to access each lamp (multi-lamp bank and/or elevated). The feedback is relative and looks at the relative output over time. Online Monitoring will identify both gradual (aging lamps) or sudden (equipment malfunction, user changed parameters) changes in the intensity.

Radiometers provided calibrated irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density values (J/cm²) in one to four bands. Profiling Radiometers also provide the irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) which is useful to further understand the UV conditions and compare UV systems.

The GAR1200 is an in-line router machine specially designed to route (depanelize) large panels with PCB size up to 350mm x 310mm into individual units. GAR1200 uses high-quality components and a welded steel structure to ensure rigidity and high performance. All the axes and linear guides used are protected from dust and dirt to increase lifespan and performance.

The RBM is a sophisticated and versatile fully-automated dual station de-panelling system. It is fitted with an auto conveyor width adjustment feature and also has various other tools to optimise the routing process based on your workflow.
